Appointments
Your doctor needs to make a request for your MRI before we can schedule you for an appointment. Your doctor should tell us:
- the specific reason why you need the exam,
- your past medical history,
- any allergies you may have, and
- any other relevant medical information.
After your doctor submits the request, call us at (312) 926-9000 to schedule an appointment. Plan to arrive 30 minutes early, so you have time to complete a patient questionnaire and change into a gown before your MRI.
